John Smalling has been the QA Manager at Wacom Quartz since September, 2000 and is responsible for maintaining our ISO-9001 quality system. He also manages the QC department and serves as our in-house I.T. expert. John's past experience includes 7 years as Systems Coordinator and Quality Manager at a previous quartz shop in Arizona, as well as 12 years as a glassblower.
